helpful staff easy access good market
The staff was helpful I noticed it right from the doorman to the restaurant. Access to ferries and tourist boats was very easy at a short walk. The neighborhood was very good I found a surprisingly good market nearby. Water taxi connections were wonderful I used them all the time. Breakfast was really good too.
The pool was rather small the water could have been cleaner.

the breakfast offered many options FOR everyone. The room was big and clean. The swimming pool had salt water and a perfect temperature for a refreshing dip.
the standard of english amongst staff was VERY poor. The food in the restaurant was ridiculously spicy and frankly inedible even after waiters had told US it was mild. The bathroom mirror AND sink were left uncleaned.

the hotel had easy access to river taxis. this made getting around convenient. the riverside suite suited my family of three well. the included breakfast was delicious. i enjoyed the variety of options.
my room was next to an elementary school. it was noisy. there was no view from my window. the windows were frosted. i reminded me of i was part of their class. the room service was unavailable.

I found the location amazing and I loved the style of the hotel and the chilled atmosphere. Breakfast offered a lot of choice and it tasted delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was a nice addition to the place.
