afternoon tea garden room
The hotel architecture has a French Colonial style. It felt different from other hotels. I stayed in a Beautiful Garden room. An afternoon tea set was already in the room when I arrived.
The staff did not explain the pool or breakfast procedures during check-in. I had to discover these services independently-.

mixed feelings about this hotel
unexplained pool staff discomfort
during check-in , no one explained the pool or breakfast , and i had to find out myself. additionally , staff seemed uncomfortable interacting with non-native speakers. this created a less than satisfactory start to my stay , and i expected more guidance and inclusivity.

quiet atmosphere garden view
the staff were friendly. my beautiful garden room was clean, spacious and well maintained. i found the hotel atmosphere quiet, and the garden view was nice.
i was a bit confused when i arrived as the services was not clearly explained.

tranquil location great room size amazing food selection
The location seemed like an oasis. It was tranquil. the room size was great. I stayed in a beautiful garden 24 hours of room. breakfast had an amazing food selection (i was really impressed by the variety!).
