A Truly Wonderful Hotel Experience!

convenient shopping hotel bath bomb friendly staff

I found the Lotus mall right across the road, convenient for shopping. The hotel provided a bath bomb, so I could enjoy the bathtub fully. The staff always greeted me with smiles, a lovely touch.

The gym equipment was minimal with some items under maintenance.

Excellent Value and Convenient Location

The room was spacious. Most amenities worked well. The staff were attentive. Services were very fast. I appreciated the pillow options, offering hard or soft choices. I liked that the staff provided quick responses to requests despite the busy holiday period. The concierge and lobby security always greeted me with a smile.

The hot water was sometimes not functioning. The hot water finished for the whole building. I had to wait a few hours for the hot water to replenish. It was inconvenient.

The gym had several treadmills and stationary bikes. The rooftop pool area featured many loungers and a shaded section. I saw a minimart within the hotel, and it operated twenty-four hours a day, offering convenient access to drinks and snacks.

The breakfast buffet included various local and international dishes. I noticed a functional coffee machine available each morning. I saw Lotus mall across the street. It included a large supermarket and several food options.

Staff members at the reception and in the restaurant were always helpful. They promptly addressed my inquiries and requests. The room service was efficient, I received my orders quickly and accurately.

parking validation rude staff

I found that parking validation was a hassle each time I exited. One of the staff members, an indian woman, sounded rude to another colleague for her mistake. This same staff member did not directly answer questions. Instead, she spoke in Tamil to her colleague. The staff member also failed to acknowledge my husband when he spoke to her, addressing her colleague instead. I EXPECT more smiling and cute attitudes from service professionals.
