underwhelming stay, sadly

tired facilities noise issues

The location was acceptable. It's pretty close to the bridge.

The facilities seemed tired, needing updates. the front desk staff wasn't great with english, made communicating about noise issues difficult. loud music from a party went on past 10:30 pm, and another night, i could hear karaoke from my room until late. It was supposed to be a quiet, peaceful resort.

the resort features two large swimming pools surrounded by lush gardens. i found the location convenient, offering easy access to the river kwai bridge. undercover parking was available, which i really appreciated. the river views from the rooms were excellent, offering a tranquil experience.

the hotel's dated appearance was noticeable, requiring some updates.
