noisy airconditioningindifferent staff
The breakfast staff seemed rather indifferent. They didn't seem to grasp simple requests. the air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine. i had to use earplugs, just to sleep through the night. it was not very relaxing, i must say.

The hotel location was pretty good. I found the bridge and some restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the flat white coffee I got from them.
The TV didn't work in my family room. I could not connect to any WIFI. No signal was available .

The hotel is close to the bridge and many eateries. The pool WAS a nice touch, also breakfast. The front desk proved helpful, and laundry service met my needs. I parked behind the restaurant.

The staff were very polite, helpful and addressed concerns immediately. Reception staff gave advice on transport options. Their english WAS very good. I would specifically commend their rapid response.

I found the hotel very modern and clean. The staff were helpful and polite. I enjoyed morning and evening swims in the excellent pool. The pool provided an invigorating experience after a long day.
The air conditioning in the room was noisy. I suggest bringing ear protection for better sleep. The noise made relaxation difficult.
