the location is excellent near the train station. my room was a 'standard quadruple room' and it was nice and clean. the staff were very helpful and polite. the private car park was included in the price!

the room was clean and included a tv, kettle, and clothes rail.
the receptionist i met in the morning was rude. i feel she shouldn't work in hospitality. it spoilt my stay quite a bit.

the breakfast selection was good , including a variety of toast , marmalade , pain au raisin , fruit salad , yoghurt , nice coffee , and apple juice.
the receptionist on duty one morning was rude and surly. this employee lacked basic hospitality skills. this significantly detracted from the overall experience. i would not want to encounter such unprofessionalism again.

The room was spacious and clean. It included a tv and kettle! the shower was especially nice. the effia multi-story car park was conveniently next to the hotel.
the staff's attitude on sunday night was not good, the lady checking me in was unwelcoming, efficient though.
