comfortable room spacious room nice staff helpful staff secured car parking poor soundproofing early morning noise dragging chairs sleep disruption
the room is comfortable and spacious! the staff are super nice, and go above and beyond to. i found the secured car parking to be convenient! it offered peace of mind.
the rooms are not sound proof. the people in the room above us were dragging chairs across the floor at 6am. it wasn't a great idea. i couldn't get back to sleep.

An Acceptable Stay
spacious room comfortable bed friendly staff broken tv faulty hairdryer falling cupboard
I enjoyed the spacious room. It had comfortable beds. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff was helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
The TV was not working in my room. The hairdryer also did not work. The kitchen cupboard doors were falling off. That wasn't great.

fantastic stay near the esplanade
local attraction spacious room helpful staff frequent service
the staff provided helpful advice regarding local attractions. my room was spacious and well equipped, it included everything i needed. maid service tidied the bed and replenished coffee , tea, and milk often. the promenade and seafront cafes were close to the apartments.
the shower's metal fixing and shower head had detached , making water temperature control difficult.

the staff was super friendly. the reception staff was excellent , very helpful, and friendly. i received useful information and suggestions , and i had no issues .

gardens were lovely. there is access to a washing machine. the parking included is fenced with an electronic code for independent entry. the hotel is close to the sea front and promenade.

the restaurant had really good food at a reasonable price. this thai place was probably the best thai i have had outside of thailand. there were both dinner and breakfast options available on site.

clean room spacious room
the room was clean and quite spacious. it was also close to the airport, a supermarket and a restaurant were easily accessible, too. the city center was not far either. it was perfect.
the furniture was somewhat old-fashioned and very simple.

old unit significant noise
The air conditioning was subpar. the unit was quite old and struggled in the humid climate. furthermore, noise was a significant issue. I could clearly hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. strange noises emanating from the water pipes.
