The location was very convenient, as a designated pick-up point for my cape tour. Shops nearby provided diverse dining options, i appreciated the convenience. the continental breakfast offered a sufficient start to the day. i was able to leave my luggage until i returned from the cape.

the swimming pool provided a refreshing option, and i noticed complimentary pool towels were available, we loved the pool. the accessibility to the esplanade, being approximately 2 km, was a plus.

The continental breakfast was available starting at 6:00 am, convenient for early tours. The basic option included bread, jam, and beverages for $10 aud. there were options to upgrade with additional meat selections. i appreciate that!

The reception staff offered toiletries upon request, so helpful. i found the staff to be prompt and lovely. they accommodated my luggage storage needs, very helpful. Attractions deals are available at reception.

the room was clean and basic, acceptable for a short stay.
i found the room quite small. the air conditioning unit was very loud, disrupting my sleep, and i could not adjust it. also, the bathroom lacked proper ventilation, so it always felt damp and stuffy after a shower (i reminded me of i was in a sauna).
