Central Location and Friendly Staff

The location was perfect. It was close to restaurants and bars. The bus stop was steps from the hotel, easy to find. I liked that I could cast from my device to the tv. I found the staff very helpful.
There was no receptionist when i arrived. I was given a pin to collect my room key from a box through email. It all worked out fine, but i felt some anxiety.

the location was convenient. restaurants and bars were close by. my bus stop was steps from the place. it was easy to cast from my device to the tv.
the shower design is annoying. the whole shower gets wet. there was no proper bathrobe. the double bed was two single beds next to one another. there was a dent in between.

Awesome Hotel Experience!

The location was AMAZING! I was right in the center near all the shops. The staff provided excellent service. They were kind and always ready to help with anything I needed. I found having laundry facilities available so handy and the shower was also a real treat!
There was a slight issue with the room. I noticed some dust on the upper side of the bed.

the hotel has free washing and drying facilities. there is a kitchen area with a microwave. the front of house staff were great.
The location was convenient enough. But the window of our room overlooked a narrow courtyard, where the windows of another apartment building looked out. therefore, it was noisy in the evening. The window had to be kept closed. there was also no refrigerator in the room, which upset us very much. As we were scheduled to leave for the airport very early, we did not have time for breakfast and bought a light meal in advance, which we had to throw away.

the staff was very friendly and helpful, everything went as expected. the room was well kept, and the staff was quite accommodating. as the hotel is right in the center of markt, there are a number of options to explore and shops to see!
the design of the shower is really annoying, you get the entire shower wet.
