The room was very clean and beautifully designed. The location is good with easy walking distance to Centrum. Gym facilities were also nice. It met my expectations for the price.
The bed is too close to the door. I booked two singles but was given a room with a double bed. It was a bit of a struggle to change the room and I felt the new room was not the same quality.

I found the architecture beautiful. high ceilings decorated the room. the spa facilities provided a big plus. I remember how helpful the receptionists were.
the curtains failed to close properly. the rainshower had very low pressure. i expected more from the shower experience.

The room had quiet, beautiful design. I noticed high ceilings. The internal courtyard view was lovely. The staff at reception were helpful. I also found the location quite central. It was within easy walking distance to the centre.
Breakfast was expensive. The quality was not great.

The hotel is in a quiet area. I could easily walk to the centre from the hotel. There is super parking available just outside the hotel, a very practical consideration for travelers by car.

The staff at the reception were friendly. They gave me a welcome drink upon arrival. The people at reception were kind when I requested information and always available to quickly provide what I needed.
