the hotel had a great location near transport, shops, and restaurants. friendly staff was present and gave great service. the breakfast was delicious and satisfying each morning. the room design was cool and the bed allowed me to sleep very well.

The room was small. There were no light curtains on the window so anyone could see in from the street.

I found the staff quite accommodating. They stored my luggage before check-in, very helpful. The room included a Dyson air dryer and Molton Brown toiletries. I also appreciated the central location. It made accessing different parts of the city easy.

The room I booked was very small. It was difficult to move around with my luggage. The air conditioning made a consistent noise during the night. There was no phone in the room. I had to use my personal phone to communicate with the reception desk.
