Fatih provided quick check-in. The 24/7 reception is reassuring to me. Rooms are spacious and clean, this IS relaxing. Information was enough.

Breakfast felt repetitive every day. I had to pay extra for coffee or juice. My room's shower head leaked. Walls seemed too thin.

I stayed for a few nights, and the hotel's central location was fantastic. Everything was within walking distance. the staff were friendly and available 24/7. i found the hotel very clean. breakfast was also very good. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries.

the shower had a leak. it caused water to spread all over the bathroom floor. i reported this, but it wasn't addressed .

responsive team effective air conditioning breakfast variety thin walls

i found the staff very responsive. i asked for an extra towel, and it came promptly. also, the room had air conditioning that worked very well.

The breakfast lacked variety. It was nearly the same each day. additionally, the walls seemed thin i could hear conversations next door. This made it hard to fully relax.
