The staff was friendly and helpful. Yusuf, the front manager, was especially attentive. He provided multiple choices and ensured customer satisfaction with a great attitude. I received a welcome drink upon arrival! The room was wonderful.

The hotel was a bit noisy, and cars with loud exhausts were clearly audible even with the windows closed.

The restaurant food was good, and room service arrived within 10 minutes and was very hot. The breakfast had a good choice with multiple options available to start the day well. The hotel offered various tasty items.

The entire staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and ready to help with anything needed. Yusuf were really nice too assist throughout the stay. Other staff members greeted me and remembered me from previous visits.

The hotel staff was VERY helpful. master yusuf, the front manager, would do much more than i asked. he always offered multiple choices with a BIG smile. i admire his customer service. It is something we have missed for a long time. he makes sure customers are ALWAYS satisfied.

Breakfast was very poor, and they didn't have any toast. the eggs were either hard boiled OR scrambled. the ham and cheese was very dry. the hotel kept running out of water for hot drinks. the bar was overpriced. I couldn't believe the prices.
