helpful staff great manager multiple choices poor breakfast dry ham overpriced bar

The hotel staff was VERY helpful. master yusuf, the front manager, would do much more than i asked. he always offered multiple choices with a BIG smile. i admire his customer service. It is something we have missed for a long time. he makes sure customers are ALWAYS satisfied.

Breakfast was very poor, and they didn't have any toast. the eggs were either hard boiled OR scrambled. the ham and cheese was very dry. the hotel kept running out of water for hot drinks. the bar was overpriced. I couldn't believe the prices.
