the staff were genuinely helpful. they seemed to care that i had a good experience. they even spoke with me regarding nearby sightseeing opportunities.

the room wasnt so clean. i found mosquitoes smushed all over the walls and many more in the room. the toilet was leaking, so there was a puddle from the toilet to the shower. also, there wasn't any hot water in the morning.

I appreciated the helpful staff. The adjacent restaurant was quite convenient with very nice waiters. The power shower worked very well.

The hotel sits directly under the flight path so planes created loud noises. It was constant, but to be expected as you're close to the airport.

The 24/7 reception was quite convenient. The parking area in front made arrival and departure easy. I also found the cleanliness of the room commendable. It was very neat.
