The staff were very helpful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for them. Breakfast and dinner were great I thought. The value for money was superb.

The bathroom was small. The wash basin took up most of the toilet seat I found. Sitting down comfortably was difficult I felt. The toilet seat also slides I noticed.

The location was acceptable. It was close to shops.

The bathroom was a major issue. The toilet seemed like it could break at any moment, quite uncomfortable. there was also no heating in the bathroom, something i found disappointing. i left after one night because the facilities were unsuitable for my family.

the staff was reasonably friendly, i suppose.

The room i got was supposedly a 'double or twin room', but it felt more like a closet. it was tiny. the bathroom was especially cramped. I nearly knocked myself out trying to turn around. also, the water pressure was terrible, it barely trickled out.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The sauna provided a wonderful relaxation experience. Breakfast and dinner included superb food, and crazy good value for money in any language. The Turkish bath was an added bonus.
