poor soundproofing high noise
the staff WAS very helpful at the reception.
i WAS disappointed by the noise LEVEL. the soundproofing was poor, and i could hear a lot of noise from other rooms and the hallway. this made it difficult to sleep or relax in the room.

food selection helpful staff
the food selection was great with allergen labels , though gluten-free choices were limited. the quality of food and drinks was very good , and the staff were helpful and nice. lots of activities took place throughout the day. the hotel seemed perfect for families with kids with available facilities and events.

Amazing Hotel with Great Staff!

I had a fantastic family holiday here. The staff are amazing. They are very kind and caring. I reminded me of a new man after six massages at the spa. I found the food to be good, and I could always find something to eat. The grounds are kept very clean.
The air conditioning in the main areas could have been better.

There are several activities and spaces designed for relaxation. Plus, the hotel is very clean and well organized. The pools are large and the rooms are comfortable, offering much for both children and adults.

The food selection is varied all day, offering great options at the restaurants. I enjoyed a wonderful dinner one night at the Italian restaurant. There were kebabs, burgers, salad, and pizza at the beach bar.
