i found the suite very artistic. i appreciated the modern design. the reception staff were helpful. kamal and gezel were kind, they answered all my questions.

the breakfast options, though sufficient, could use a little more variety each day.

The hotel has a superb location. It is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and the beach. a large shopping center is only 300 meters away, i discovered. there are also transport options available nearby.

The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. the pool design is stylish. I also found it excellent. the air conditioning in my room worked perfectly, even on very hot days.

The staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel location is excellent. It is just a short walk away from a shopping center and supermarkets.

the soundproofing was poor, i could hear conversations clearly. parking is free on the street, though sometimes i had to park around the corner.

the location was convenient. the breakfast was good. the hotel was super clean. staff was helpful and cute.

i experienced a hot water issue for four days. i had no bath. the manager was rude and unprofessional. he shouted at a customer who complained about the water issue.

The room wasn't properly cleaned. There were hairs on the bed. breakfast lacked variety. Most items were savory. i also think a car is essential for reaching the historical center, about 20 minutes away.

useful amenities great location

we recently spent a few days here and completely loved it. the rooms were spacious and beautifully modern with so many useful amenities. the location IS perfect with everything accessible.

the cleaning wasn't great. i had to ask a few times for fresh towels. the staff apologized for the inconvenience
