i really loved the super clean and spacious room i had. it was a standard double room. the variety of the food was a major plus, especially at dinner! every evening, i found some specially prepared dish, and the fact that it is a cozy hotel made it easy to access all facilities.

The staff weren't always attentive, especially at the bars. Service could be slow. i found the programs and activities weren't super engaging or varied. the hallways also had a slight bad smell at night. It was a little off-putting.

The hotel has a great location near transport options. I particularly enjoyed the fine rum selections available! The barista made amazing coffee.

The room cleanliness was horrifying upon arrival! I wiped the entire floor with a towel, and it turned dark brown, full of hair and dust. I also wiped all surfaces. There were still prints and dirt from the previous guest to see. The rooms are very noisy!

the rooms were impeccably clean i also found the varied food very tasty overall service was excellent i was impressed by the kids club staff there they are dedicated organizing a wide variety of fun activities for children every day. the hotel has a clean wide private beach just steps away i enjoyed the design amenities and modern architecture.
