Our vacation felt wonderful. Friendly people and good food was plentiful. the facilities were clean, well kept. the beach was close with a shuttle available. It created happy memories. the housekeeping, kitchen, service, security, pool, bar, gardening staff and managers. the water sports people provided a nice trip along the coast.
i noticed some parts of the hotel looking slightly dated, and a small touch-up would further enhance the appearance.

the staff was always helpful and cute, they always did their best, they created a friendly and efficient atmosphere. the team were very good too ensure every guest felt valued.

amazing family vacation!!!

I celebrated my birthday with my twins and my husband. it was excellent! the reserved taxi included two baby seats from the airport. the facilities are designed for families with kids. Baby chairs were available everywhere. there are multiple rooms for children with activities and a modern lego room.
the gym had a very hot temperature, even early in the morning. some coffee machines in the main restaurants did not work well. it often required assistance to fix them. long waiting lines were common during peak hours at breakfast or dinner.

The hotel boasts multiple pools of varying sizes. All was clean. green spaces are meticulously maintained. Each tree even features a unique id. a private beach with a bar is accessible within walking distance.

the food was AMAZING!!! there was so much variety. i found lots of fresh and tasty options every day. the hotel offers a highly recommendable restaurant outside of the premises too.

the entertainment staff is available for both children and adults daily. i could enjoy my time because of the trustworthy nanny anna. she is nurturing and focused on babies, so parents can relax knowing their little ones are safe.
