we were charmed by the aqua park! it was great for both kids and adults. frequent shuttle service to the beach was a total plus. the rooms in block 1 were very clean and well kept. the staff provided helpful assistance at reception whenever needed.

i noticed a lack of tea and coffee facilities directly in the room.

Solid stay with plentiful amenities

The hotel is spacious, with a large room that features a balcony overlooking the pool. A shuttle runs every 10 minutes to the private beach, where food and drinks match the hotel's offerings. Nightly entertainment included captivating acrobatics, dance, and theatre performances. I found them to be high quality. I appreciated the variety.

I did notice a few areas needing attention in terms of cleanliness, particularly in the corridors and lifts. The air conditioning in the common areas could have been more effective, it seemed they were trying to save energy. The fridge in my room didn't cool well.

The meals were good. I especially liked the red fish. The hotel food had many options, so you won't be disappointed. The animation team was active and helped everyone have fun.

The pools were nice and big, providing lots of space. The aqua park was really fun, it offered many options. A nice beach includes shuttle service, so travel is easy. It provided good amenities in the hotel for a fun time.

A Balanced Stay

The pools were quite large. My room had a nice balcony facing the pool. I found the food tasty, with a variety of choices available each day.

The hallways felt long and dimly lit. It was often uncomfortable to move between the floors because of this. The gym was in the basement, and the air felt stuffy. Some equipment seemed old.
