Pearl and Geoff REALLY are excellent hosts. Rooms offer everything you need plus a handy guide. It lists what to do and even dog-friendly pubs! IT was a very short walk to south pier. I felt SAFE in the area

LOCATION is a huge plus. I walked right alongside Weatherspoons and the South Pier. The hotel is opposite the best chippy in the area. It's just one street away from the Pleasure Beach and Swimming Pool.

Pearl and Geoff welcomed me warmly. They were friendly throughout my stay. They were very good too ensure I had everything I needed. I received great advice regarding local amenities.

The hotel had AMAZING facilities for children. A free pool table kept them entertained for hours. Table football also was available for play. It was a family-friendly environment.

I loved the friendly atmosphere created by pearl and geoff! finding free parking was a real bonus too. Plus, my dog stayed at no extra cost. I was so happy!
The tv in my room was a bit small for my liking, but honestly it was fine. I didn't watch much tv anyway.

My room was ridiculously small, more like a storage closet. There was zero space for my suitcase and the antiquated TV barely worked. I couldn't even open the window properly.

This place is excellent for families. Our family of six fit well into the available space, rare. The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was good. I appreciated that the hotel's location made visiting Sandcastle and the Pleasure Beach easy.
I noticed some work needs completing in the bathroom of our room.
