A Good Stay

The room was spacious. It featured a very stocked welcome basket. I also found the location great, within walking distance to many shops. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Charming Stay, minor hiccup

I found the location convenient for accessing the train station and central shopping area. The staff accommodated all our requests with great friendliness. They helped us with ideas about places we were visiting. A wonderful touch, a goodie basket awaited us in our room.

My only minor issue, the room felt a little warm. It REALLY needs Air conditioning

I enjoyed my dinner in the bar in the evening. I also had a hearty scottish breakfast in the morning. The food was lovely. I loved my bowl of porridge each morning.

The room was quite small, it did not really match the photos I had seen online. The bed was too soft for my liking. I think it might have been broken. I kept rolling towards the middle. I found that the floor of the shower was very dirty. Those cups also had food stains.

The room was well equipped and decorated. I found a generous basket of snacks and drinks included, which I appreciated. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist with any requests. I enjoyed a hearty breakfast one morning.

The bed felt quite firm. It impacted my sleep slightly.

the room was large and clean. the bathroom had modern fixtures of high quality. a basket of treats was in the room for my enjoyment.

The tv didn't work, and the hairdryer was faulty. there was a door leading to the roof. It was unlocked with my valuables inside. i paid for breakfast, but i was told it was continental.
