I really liked how close it was to everything. I could easily walk to the main attractions! they have parking right outside, but i also found street parking easily. the staff was super friendly. I felt very welcomed (shout out to the receptionist!).

the room was slightly smaller than i expected, though it had everything i needed.

the location was convenient and close to the historical city center. i liked the beautiful ness river walk a lot. a great complimentary breakfast was offered, which i thought was so nice.

The bathroom needed a little more cleaning. I saw a couple of stains behind the toilet.

The staff were friendly and readily available to explain all the amenities upon my arrival. I also was given a double room instead of a single room, such a pleasant surprise. It was only a few minutes walk to where my tour started!

The shower water went from hot to cold rapidly one day. I recommend checking the water heater.

This place is in a fantastic location! It's easy to walk to the train station and also to the downtown shopping area. The neighborhood is quiet. The registration desk was amazing and even called a cab for me. Such great service, wow!

i found the location convenient it was very near the river and scenic walks the cathedral was also at the end of the road and the main town with its restaurants was easily accessible the room was clean and i found it very comfortable the staff were very cute and happy to assist. i also liked the tv that included streaming services i could relax after a long day.

i noticed the bathroom updates seemed a bit basic the shower pressure was somewhat inconsistent
