acceptable locationfingerprints on the wallsmould smell
the location was acceptable.
The room wasn't cleaned properly. I saw fingerprints all over the walls. dust was everywhere i placed my head. the air conditioners were full of dust too and smelled like mould!!!

The friendly greeting i received upon arrival was good. i attended two functions. The service was fabulous. the food and drink prices were great! i liked the eco initiative of receiving a restaurant voucher when declining room service. as a solo traveller, this was a nice perk.

new bathroompractical touchcentral location
the bathroom felt so new, its refurbishment really stood out to me. the full-size hairdryer, such a practical touch, was a pleasant surprise, i loved that. the location made it easy to explore, everything felt close and accessible.
The pillow felt a little too firm. It just wasn't quite right for me.
