The location was fine, I suppose, for someone wanting to be near the train station. It was close to the Porta Nuova station.

I had some issues. The room was quite small, I would say. Only one person with luggage could fit. The walls must be paper thin because I could hear everything happening in the adjacent rooms.

the location was great close to many restaurants and shops. the staff were very helpful answering my questions. breakfast included many gluten-free options like bread and muffins for me it was great.

the walls seemed thin i could hear neighbors talking. the mattress was hard it was difficult to sleep well. i found the stairwell carpets stained they did not look clean.
