the staff was cheerful and quite helpful. the lounge areas were spacious and relaxing after seeing the sights. i liked the varied breakfast offerings. i also found the bar fun and sitting rooms gorgeous.

i was a little disappointed that there was no tea or coffee in the bedroom.

the hotel is right in the city center so it was easy to get around. it was a quiet location and i could relax well. it is close to main amenities and also the railway station.

the breakfast buffet has many choices and was plentiful. i especially liked the area with green courtyard. i could have my breakfast on the terrace which was a delight. everything tasted fresh and delicious.

the spa is very nice. the hotel has an very nice indoor swimming pool, showers and sauna. the lobby near the fireplace looked so cosy. it was all very relaxing and artistically appointed.
