The staff was very friendly. I could store my luggage after checkout. My room was also nice and clean. Air conditioning worked perfectly, a detail i greatly appreciate.
The gym's equipment selection was rather limited.

The location was REALLY convenient. The metro station nearby made getting around easy. Breakfast offered many choices (a rare find!). I found the beds to be very comfortable. The staff were always ready to help.
The shower's water pressure wasn't great (i hope they will fix it).

the breakfast offered a wide range of meals, acceptable.
my room was located at the end of the hallway, and the window opened to a view of dirty fire escape stairs. the hourly ringing of the clock tower was very audible, indicating poor soundproofing. it also took a long time for hot water to come through in the shower.
