I found the staff helpful and pleasant. the location is excellent, central to everything i wanted to see. the breakfast offered a wide selection, and everything tasted delicious. it was a good start to each day.

the television in the room was a bit small for my liking, though i didn't spend much time watching it.

The hotel provided luggage storage, helpful upon arrival and departure. This allowed me to explore a bit more freely. a nearby restaurant offered a discount, a lovely touch that added extra convenience.

the standard double room included fresh towels daily, a nice touch. the room was very clean and tidy, contributing to a relaxing stay. the room was also very quiet for restful sleep.

the reception staff were friendly and efficient, very helpful with any questions i had. one staff member even spoke my language, that was a plus. the service made everything flow so smoothly!!!

the double room on the fourth floor provided a lovely courtyard view. i found the wifi connection excellent, allowing me to easily catch up on work. the bathroom felt spacious, especially considering the ample counter space. breakfast in the basement was a real treat, filled with many delicious options each morning!

the toilet seat had a rather unusual elliptical shape, i found it a bit awkward.

the location was acceptable, situated near public transportation.

the air conditioning was BROKEN . i reported it multiple times, but the staff did little to resolve the issue. the noise from the street was excessive, it disrupted my sleep.
