The check-in was smooth. Ms. MJ at reception was very professional. She was always ready to help.. The king-size bed in my Premium King or Twin Room was comfortable for a restful night. I also found the bathroom super clean and well-appointed.

i appreciated the warm, cute atmosphere! the staff was always ready to help and friendly. the breakfast was really good with a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits and pastries. the hotel's location is very convenient. near key attractions. and shopping areas.
the air conditioning was facing the bed. it felt very cold at night even after we adjusted the temperature, quite unpleasant

the air conditioning directed at the bed. this. i had to adjust the temperature without much success.
