Adequate Stay with Some Issues
inconsistent shuttletowel request
The shuttle service was inconsistent. I received conflicting information regarding its availability. This led to confusion and inconvenience. Also , despite requesting extra towels multiple times , the request was not consistently fulfilled. This was a minor issue , but it detracted from the overall experience.
