i found the staff really helpful. they answered my questions about local transportation and gave useful restaurant recommendations. the breakfast buffet was very complete. the beds and pillows were comfortable. the location was good if you are arriving by car or bus.

the parking gets slightly flooded when it rains, it is a minor inconvenience.
