AWESOME stay near Paddington!

I appreciated the location near Paddington Station. I safe area. I could easily walk to Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland. Many restaurants and convenience stores were close. The staff was friendly on reception!!!

Finding the place was tricky. There isn't a clear sign for the apartments outside. It felt inconvenient. I think some complimentary bottled water would have been NICE.

My room was cleaned very nicely, it was VERY clean. It included fans and the kitchen had everything I needed. Coffee was available and milk was regularly refilled. The view featured green trees.

The reception is open 24/7, amazing. The reception staff was friendly and facilitated communication. The staff seemed happy to assist when they sensed I needed help.

the location was great. i had easy access to the tube station and the elizabeth line for travel to heathrow. the staff went the extra mile to assist guests. the room also had a fully equipped kitchen. i appreciated having the option to prepare tea and coffee free of charge.

the wifi was not reliable. i had difficulty connecting and maintaining a stable connection. i was unable to work or easily contact family .

The location proved really good. Proximity to Paddington Station made travel very easy. The room size was generous (I booked a room for five). We appreciated the luggage storage option (very convenient for early arrivals).

The hotel does show its age. Additional cooking equipment would improve the kitchen. Things like wine glasses or a sharp knife would add more comfort.

i found the location convenient, very close to paddington station (perfect for early morning departures). the apartment had useful amenities, including a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and toaster. i appreciated the quietness on the fifth floor as well as the amount of natural light in the apartment. the bed was comfortable and ensured restful nights.

the absence of a sign outside made the initial finding of the building difficult.
