convenient location nice staff comfortable beds clean bathroom
i found the location very convenient near queen street. the staff was nice and assisted with printing some documents i needed. the room was clean with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. my room also had a pleasant view of the sky tower, which i enjoyed.
I noticed the shower had slight mold. It was a minor issue but worth noting.

My room was well kept and tidy. It had a good size for one person. the bedding felt new and fresh, and the bathroom fixtures looked very modern. everything looked clean upon my arrival.

the reception staff greeted me warmly upon arrival and departure. i needed to print documents and they handled that request efficiently at reception. i found them very helpful with directions to nearby attractions

small room absent air conditioning
The room was quite small, i REALLY didn't expect that. There was minimal space to move around, particularly with luggage. The absence of air conditioning was a major issue. Only a small fan offered some relief from the heat. It was disappointing, to say the least. The coffe tasted like dirt and grit, so cheap and nasty
