the staff was friendly and professional! even going above and beyond to help when things didn't go as planned. i received a complimentary drink upon arrival by the pool, giving me a moment to relax and admire the harbor view. the location is good, as i found it a quick walk to the town center with many restaurants.

The street outside the hotel was narrow. It was difficult to park nearby.

The hotel manager provided a warm welcome. She offered helpful tips regarding the best local attractions to visit. The location is scenic (situated in a beautiful bay). The breakfast was tasty and freshly prepared each morning.

The shower did not get particularly hot. The water pressure was not great either. I expected better water pressure. The hot water had an orange color throughout my stay. This was unpleasant.

The hotel's location is central. It makes exploration of the town easy. Rooms are clean and well-designed. I also found the views from the pool to be superb.

I encountered an issue with the hot water in my room. The water had an orange color during my entire stay. Despite attempts by staff, the issue persisted. The management declined to reduce the rate.

The staff provided excellent service . Breakfast by the pool offered a good start to each day. Fresh juice and pastries were available. The housekeeping staff maintained a clean room and provided fresh towels daily.

My room was on the upper floor and there was no elevator in the building. I had to walk up many stairs several times a day to reach my room. The shower was quite small, and the bathroom lacked practical mirrors..
