the beds were comfortable, i slept well . the place was clean. the facilities in the room were all functional, i had no issues with anything breaking or not working.
the staff was rude at times. different staff members had different opinions about services i paid for. i had difficulty proving i paid for breakfast one day. similarly, i had to prove i paid for car parking.
