great location cute staff luggage storage faulty air conditioning coffee capsules small shower

the location was great. it was near the center and close to many restaurants and shops (i especially liked the bakeries nearby). the staff were cute and accommodated my needs. they allowed me to leave my baggage in a store room after i checked out so i could do some sightseeing before heading home.

The room was a bit too warm. the air conditioning did not seem to work properly. i also found it difficult to get extra coffee capsules. I had to ask for them. the shower was also quite small.

Excellent Stay Near Gare de Lyon!

The reception staff was helpful. They provided directions and restaurant recommendations. The breakfast included fresh pastries, fruit, and a variety of cheeses which was so good. Daily housekeeping ensured the room remained super clean and comfortable, I felt really looked after. The location was convenient. I easily accessed the metro and many attractions.

The elevator was small. It only fit one person with luggage.

The reception operates 24 hours. This ensures assistance is always available! Staff members readily offer local tips, and the check-in process is very efficient. Luggage storage is available after checkout which is such a plus.

The hotel features a breakfast area, it provides continental options. It is a great way to start the day. There is also an elevator, it provides access to all floors. High-speed internet is available throughout the building.

My Double Room included a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. I rested really well! The room was cleaned daily. The space was refreshed daily with new towels and toiletries. A mini-fridge allowed for storing drinks and snacks.

Breakfast service included fresh croissants, various breads, and a selection of jams and spreads! Coffee and tea were plentiful, I enjoyed it every morning. Several restaurants and cafes are within a short walk from the hotel.

The hotel is near Gare de Lyon. It provides easy access to transportation options. Several metro stations are within walking distance. This made city exploration convenient. Nearby shops and restaurants create a very lively and accessible neighborhood.
