the staff were lovely and cute. very clean rooms and facilities was appreciable. very good location and shops and restaurants nearby proved convenient (the location was great!).

there was no kettle in the room, inconvenient. i asked to use the kettle in reception. one evening, the man on reception repeatedly made a huge fuss. he insisted that i couldn't do it myself, and he said it was a huge problem.
