I found the hotel very tidy! it was a short four minute walk to the nearest metro station. i bought breakfast one day, which cost €9. It was delicious. the room was cooled properly.

The room lacked a kettle. i had to ask to use the kettle in reception. This process was inconsistent. the evening receptionist made a fuss about providing hot water.

The location is very convenient. I only used the metro once in three days to visit la défense. most places were within walking distance. the beds were comfortable. the room provided a good view, peace, and quiet.

i found that the towels were not changed until i asked for it twice. the hanging area was not enough for clothes. the room was a little tiny.

the staff were lovely and cute. very clean rooms and facilities was appreciable. very good location and shops and restaurants nearby proved convenient (the location was great!).

there was no kettle in the room, inconvenient. i asked to use the kettle in reception. one evening, the man on reception repeatedly made a huge fuss. he insisted that i couldn't do it myself, and he said it was a huge problem.
