i am telling you Roberto were so great. he couldn't have do more for us. location, it was right next to pleasure beach amusements. tram stops, they are right outside the hotel!

upon arrival, this unpleasant smell hit me. it filled all of the place. the room was tiny, and it were dusty and dirty. our view were windows from other rooms, it looked straight into ours, so i has to keep the blinds shut.

The staff WAS helpful! I got extra towels VERY quickly. The parking outside the hotel was free. I really appreciated it. The tram station was close, easy to get around.

I could park MY car EASILY. The room size IS generous and the beds, oh man, they were comfy. I got excellent value FOR my money. I will come back again!

The room needed some work. I saw DUST everywhere which wasn't nice. the bathroom had tiles that were dirty plus a broken door.

THE location IS fantastic, right next to the pleasure beach, easy access to all the attractions. I also noted that tram stops are conveniently situated just outside, offering quick transport links to other areas.

THE hotel features free parking , so finding a space wasn't a problem at all, I appreciate that. The staff were really nice too provide extra towels and milk, I also got extra condiments when I asked for them.

the staff member provided extra milk when requested which was acceptable.

the room smelled bad upon arrival i noticed the decor needed updates and the bedsheets had stains i ended up using my own beddings because i was not comfortable with the ones provided
