Mixed Feelings About This Stay

poor shower designcold hot food

I found a couple of things disappointing. The shower was a problem! Water went everywhere because of a poorly designed shower, requiring me to use extra towels daily to mop up the mess. Breakfast was also not great. Some hot items were consistently cold. This definitely affected my experience.

the room was a double or twin room olive grove view it had ample space the bathroom was modern i appreciated the cleanliness throughout my stay the hotel's decor felt both stylish and inviting. the pool area was well maintained with comfortable loungers the gardens were particularly beautiful i found the poolside bar convenient the service was prompt and friendly. breakfast offered many options i always found something appealing the staff were attentive. jazz night was a highlight.

the hill leading to the beach was steep.

i found the partial sea view suite very spacious. it included two balconies. one balcony was large. the other was on the side of the hotel offering cooler temperatures. the staff was friendly. they provided attentive service.

Really good Hotel Experience

The staff offered very nice service and assistance. I had a spacious Double or Twin Room Garden View. Two balconies gave me ample space to relax. The bed was very comfortable for restful nights.

The shower lacked depth in the tray, causing slight flooding. I had to use extra towels to manage the water. The issue should be addressed by the hotel.
