Great hotel, superb staff

super clean room comfortable bed friendly staff convenient location

I was grateful for the super clean room and comfortable bed during my nights. The pool was very beautiful. The staff seemed friendly and always helpful. The hotel location was very convenient for exploring the local area. I even ask for a room with balcony, I was grateful to receive it.

The floors around the premises where a bit slippery when it rained.

The reception staff was very helpful and always found solutions. A sweet lady working at the bar captivated us, she was a lovely person. I really value their positive attitude towards all guests.

The poolside bar offered good food with a nice atmosphere. Breakfast was available as per order, the coffee was good. I enjoyed the fresh juice. I am grateful for those available options.

faulty hairdryer fluctuating shower

The bathroom fittings were not installed very well. The hairdryer unit detached from the wall and exposed live wires (I'm no electrician, but that seemed bad). The shower towel rack also came off. The shower temperature fluctuated wildly with no thermostat. I was not able to set a desired temperature, only to turn it on and off, so I had to be careful not to burn myself. The air conditioning ran constantly, not stopping when the set temperature was reached.

staff were very helpful. a well equipped kitchen are available. sun beds were available on the roof. the pool is a good size. the superior room was beautiful.

the rain make the premises very slippery. this can be very dangerous.

clean room comfortable spots helpful staff

my room was clean. the pool area had many comfortable spots to relax. i found the staff to be very helpful, especially those at reception were great when i arrived. the entire complex was super clean.

the gym could use a few more weights.

the pool is heated, awesome for comfortable swimming even when the weather is not perfect. the rooftop bar offered a great place for an evening drink, though it got a bit crowded. plenty of sunbeds are available, but reserving them is not permitted.

My family apartment was spacious and modern. the room colours aligned nicely with the island's aesthetic. the soundproofing was effective. I didn't experience any noise disturbances from neighboring rooms .
