faulty hairdryerfluctuating shower

The bathroom fittings were not installed very well. The hairdryer unit detached from the wall and exposed live wires (I'm no electrician, but that seemed bad). The shower towel rack also came off. The shower temperature fluctuated wildly with no thermostat. I was not able to set a desired temperature, only to turn it on and off, so I had to be careful not to burn myself. The air conditioning ran constantly, not stopping when the set temperature was reached.

the rain make the premises very slippery. this can be very dangerous.

my room was clean. the pool area had many comfortable spots to relax. i found the staff to be very helpful, especially those at reception were great when i arrived. the entire complex was super clean.

the gym could use a few more weights.

the pool is heated, awesome for comfortable swimming even when the weather is not perfect. the rooftop bar offered a great place for an evening drink, though it got a bit crowded. plenty of sunbeds are available, but reserving them is not permitted.

the restaurant staff was particularly friendly. the cleaning service was perfect. the reception staff were always ready to assist and did their best to accommodate every request i had.
