unclear departure poor presentation

The bus pickup was punctual and clean. the presentation was in a noisy area. It was hard to hear and see because of hotel traffic. The presenter seemed unprepared and lacked enthusiasm. The activities were underwhelming, and departure information was unclear.

light pollution disappointing explanation

i thought the glass igloo would be amazing, especially for aurora viewing. the hotel had spotlights on all night. we weren't told about them, and they polluted the sky with light, ruining the experience. i called reception about the lights at 11pm. they said the lights stay on to see where the snow is blowing. that was disappointing.

Nice Stay Under the Northern Lights

My time here was really good. The ice bar provided much fun. Snow shoeing was enjoyable and allowed exploration of the frozen lake. The private ice sauna and jacuzzi were worth it. I appreciated seeing the Northern Lights, alerted by the igloo's aurora alarm.

I wish the snow cannons used to produce snow would be turned off at night. Their light made it harder to view the aurora. The noise also detracted from the experience.

The staff were helpful. Special thanks to Maria, who was nice. I am grateful for the efficient aurora alert system, which notified me about the Northern Lights.

poor breakfast unhygienic conditions

I found a few things disappointing . the breakfast was really poor with not much choice. I found it unhygienic. everyone used the same butter dish, which wasn't very appealing. dinner was also quite bad and very expensive, i felt it wasn't worth the cost.
