Excellent location and commendable service

helpful staff diverse option easy access

The staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness consistently . The buffet had good quality items with diverse options available. Access to the beach proved close and easy, a major advantage. I found these aspects compensated for any minor drawbacks .

The Junior Suite includes a balcony with panoramic sea view. I observed comfortable beds and daily cleaning. The room also had air conditioning to maintain a comfortable climate .

The staff members were smiling and friendly and always willing to assist guests. I noticed the staff provides efficient customer service, readily addressing inquiries and requests. The reception staff were helpful in providing information about the island.

The beach provides transparent and clean water. I saw the hotel restaurants offered five-star quality food, with a good variety of options. There is a convenient shuttle bus to Pelekas, for easy access.

good food friendly staff old equipment small pool

the food was very good, with lots of choices daily (especially the desserts!). the staff was friendly and always smiling. i appreciated the effort they put into making our stay enjoyable.

the gym equipment was quite old and some machines were damaged. the pool was also smaller than i expected (given the size of the hotel).

I totally loved the beach It was clean and sandy. The restaurant selections provided many choices. The staff was helpful and friendly. Sunset views and available drinks were perfect after a day at the beach.

The gym equipment needs some updating but was still functional. I made do with what was available.

a decent experience

helpful staff good choice beach area old room non-working door limited package

the staff were always kind and helpful. i find the food in the main restaurant was of an okay quality with good choice. there was always a supply of dishes. i have enjoyed the beach area.

the rooms seems a bit old and needs a serious makeover. my doors were not working great. the all-inclusive package seemed limited. i also noted the gym was badly equipped.
