The staff at this hotel were great. babis at reception was helpful. i found my room to be very clean. I got new towels daily. the bar staff, especially dimitris, were great. He puts himself out to help you!!!
the choice of food was limited, especially for an all inclusive deal. i ended up ordering a pizza one night after dinner. more variation would be beneficial.

The bus stopped right outside. It made getting around simple. the room included a spacious balcony. Mornings were so peaceful there. the staff stored my luggage. I felt cared for. i cherish those small, considerate touches.
The gym could use a little updating. Some equipment showed wear.

The hotel features a large outdoor pool. I enjoyed the sun. a bar next to the pool provided refreshments. It was very convenient. the gym includes treadmills and stationary bikes. Staying active was easy.

The hotel staff greeted me with such warmth. The breakfast included tasty local jams and fresh bread. I found the bus stop very close to the hotel making travel easy.
The bathroom had only one small soap.

the staff was helpful with directions. i liked that i could walk to the nearby monastery. the lobby had comfortable seating, i often relaxed there. the room service was prompt and efficient.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The guest services representative greeted me warmly each day. Her attention to detail was excellent. I also found that the bus stop right next to the hotel made it easy to travel to the city (it was very practical).

Wonderful short stay

My room was clean, and everyday I received fresh towels as well as new shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The food was varied with many choices for vegans, vegetarians, and meat eaters. The pool bar was handy. Dimitris, the bar staff, was very friendly and helpful (such a nice person!).
The hotel is close to the airport, so I heard planes during the day.

The Double Room Lake View included a balcony. The room had adequate soundproofing, and outside noise was minimal. Continuous plane landings did not create much disturbance from inside the room.

The reception staff was REALLY helpful. Babis was especially friendly. The food had plenty of choice for everyone. The bar staff was great, especially Dimitris.
The double room had two separate single beds pushed together. We couldn't use the bath because there was no plug. The hotel said it wasn't economical to use so there was NO point in having it at all!!!
