Acceptable Stay with Minor Issues

The location was excellent, right above a scenic spot. I recommend visiting the restaurant. It provides a special view. The resort is beautiful and offers a special view.

There were a few issues I faced. The gym was unusable with a wobbly multi-gym. The gym had mosquitoes.

the staff were very attentive. breakfast included a good variety of options. the location was close to several wonderful spots.

The pool towels seemed quite old and stained even after being cleaned. the pool water looked pretty dirty. i found no hot water in the room at times. I had to shower outside of peak hours or with cold water.

great locationhot watercold water

The location is right next to the Channel of Love.

The shower sometimes had no hot water. I waited for maintenance. It took a long time to get someone to fix the problem. The next day there was no hot water again and the water was trickling out of the shower. I had to wash my child with cold water from the sink since the maintenance man did not show up until the following morning.
