loud noise broken shower

the room was clean. i suppose that's the baseline these days.

the noise at night was something else. i swear they were racing forklifts outside my window until 4 a.m. also, finding someone to fix the broken shower head seemed like pulling teeth.. took three calls and a stern look at reception.

convenient location friendly staff

i found the location pretty great. the room was clean and modern, it had everything i needed. i could ask the staff and they helped me with questions i had! the bunk bed was not very comfortable though.

i got cash deposits on pool towels and irons, 20 euros per item. an ironing board was not offered.

Fantastic Staff and Great Location!

I really appreciated the helpful staff, especially Gabriella and Mireia. They were always smiling and kind. The location is AMAZING. It's close to many restaurants and the boat to Formentera. I found my room clean, made a big difference.

The room smelled bad upon arrival. The toilet and bathroom were also stinking. It was not pleasant.

The hotel includes two buildings plus two pools. The larger pool is near reception, giving guests a spot to chill. I saw a Mexican restaurant on-site, offering another dining option.

The rooms were clean. I got fresh towels daily. The apartments are also big and very comfortable. The beds are comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Jorge was particularly good. Gabriella and Maria were the best assistants. Lucia and Andreea. I really appreciated their help.
