The hotel's proximity to the train station was VERY convenient. I could store my luggage before check-in. The free tea and coffee in the foyer was a nice touch.

The breakfast had a good selection. That was acceptable.

The room felt a bit small, i suppose. the air conditioning was either too hot at 30 degrees or blowing cold air, nothing in between. the cleanliness was nonexistent. I'm not sure they even tried.

I found the staff friendly and helpful. The lobby provided complimentary coffee, tea, and soft drinks, a lovely touch. It was so refreshing to have those options available anytime I needed them.

I noticed the walls seemed thin. I could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. This was a bit disruptive when trying to rest during the day.

The reception staff were kind and efficient. The reception area included complimentary beverages like tea, coffee, water, and juice. Breakfast had many options. The staff consistently refreshed the buffet, which i appreciated. The location was also great for accessing transportation.

Soundproofing could be better. I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

My room had a good size , and the bed was comfortable. A spacious bathroom featured a big shower with strong water pressure. A safe was available in the room. There was also free Wi-Fi that worked very well.

The location is close to many restaurants , cafes, and supermarkets. The hotel is a short walk from both the main railway station and the tram station. I found it very convenient. A 24-hour pharmacy is also nearby.

The staff kept the tables clean and the breakfast items fully stocked. Check-in was quick and easy. I found the reception staff to be very helpful and cute. They answered all my questions.
