the location was convenient. tram access directly across the street proved useful. the room offered ample storage space, a significant plus.

The shower drain was clogged. i noticed food residue on some dishes. the bed felt quite firm. I did not find it particularly comfortable.

the location was perfect near the tram stop. this made travel easy. the staff was helpful with directions and information. the room was clean upon arrival.

the room was a bit stuffy . the mattress felt old and worn. the bathroom could use some updates as it felt dated.

the room was clean. staff members were friendly and helpful . i found the location convenient, with easy access to transportation (the tram was right across the street). the provided towels were lovely and there was plenty of soap.

the window only opened a crack, made the room a bit too warm.

a decent location and fair price

convenient location friendly staff

The location proved really convenient because it was close to the tram and train station. the room i booked felt clean, and the staff looked friendly and helpful upon my arrival. i also appreciate that there was laundry on site. It helped keep things fresh during the trip.

the room felt quite warm, even with the fan running, so i wouldn't book during the peak of summer. it lacked a small fridge or kitchen access, it was super basic for a hotel.

the staff was very amicable and helpful, offering assistance at the reception desk. they seemed willing to address basic inquiries and provide directions to nearby amenities. i saw them assist other guests with luggage storage and transport arrangements too.
