an uneven stay.

bed castorsmissing breakfast

my mum's bed had castors. it moved too easily on the floor and that was a health and safety risk for her vascular dementia. i had to use weights to stop it. we also found out there was no breakfast monday or tuesday.

the staff was helpful.

My room's air conditioning was centrally controlled. I could not adjust it from the room. paint was peeling off the walls in the bedroom. this gave the room a run-down feel.

The location was good.

The food service was not consistent. The first night my meal was acceptable, but the second time, my food tasted reheated and was not enjoyable. It's a shame there was such a difference in quality.
