The location was good. It allowed easy access to many points of interest in the area.

The room was smaller than I expected. The bathroom was quite cramped, especially the shower (I found it hard to move). The noise from the street was noticeable, even late at night, and the bedsheets felt rough against my skin.

the manager Karyn was accommodating when i arrived early. i dropped my bags and got recommendations for local restaurants. my room was quite COMFORTABLE and well-equipped, with extra tea and coffee. the location is excellent, quiet, yet close to cafes and restaurants.

i found that the hot water in the shower sometimes changed temperatures unexpectedly.

the hotel is near many eating and drinking spots, it is a short walk to attractions. the neighborhood is generally quiet, it avoids much street noise. many sites of interest are accessible.

my room had high ceilings, it felt spacious and airy. the decor was tasteful with attention to detail evident. the beds are wonderfully comfortable, i slept soundly each night. the room was spotlessly clean.

the hotel offers onsite parking, it is a great convenience. there are tvs in both the lounge and bedroom with many channels. there is plenty of space for clothes and luggage. the building has period features.

the staff is helpful, they assisted with luggage and offered advice. the manager was friendly, she made check-in easy. they were able to store luggage after checkout. everyone was very cute.

the room had a kettle and a selection of teas. coffee and hot chocolate sachets were available, there was also biscuits. welcome drinks were offered on arrival. there was a honesty tray of drinks.
