friendly staffconvenient kitchenettenice locality
the staff IS friendly. the kitchenette WAS convenient. the location IS a bit away from the city center, but it IS in a nice locality. i found a METRO stop nearby.
i WAS expecting a nespresso COFFEE machine. i FOUND a traditional drip coffee maker instead.

The hotel's location provided easy access to the metro.
The bathroom felt unclean with outdated flooring. The mattress had many stains, off-putting despite the clean bedding. The chipped paint throughout and the shower needing replacement detracted from the experience.
